Steq needed a landing page that could do one job really well: to turn skeptical visitors into downloaders. The page speaks directly to people who've been blocked from global payments before and shows them there's finally a way around it.

Goals

  • Convert visitors who've faced payment rejections into app downloads

  • Clearly communicate the product's value without overwhelming anyone

  • Build enough trust above the fold that users keep scrolling

  • Make the path from "interested" to "downloading" as short as possible

Challenges

  • Communicating a financial product to users who may already have distrust

  • Structuring the page so it answers doubts before users even think to ask

  • Balancing visuals to make people comfortable enough to download

Solution / Outcomes

  • A headline that speaks directly to the pain point. "declined payments," before pitching the solution

  • Social proof with 50,000+ downloads placed strategically to build credibility mid-scroll

  • An FAQ section that handles objections (safety, eligibility, compatibility) so hesitation doesn't kill conversions

  • A CTA structure that keeps the download action visible and low-pressure throughout the page
