The Problem

Nigeria has millions of skilled workers like cleaners, electricians, plumbers, designers, technicians who struggle to find consistent, fairly-paid work. On the other side, clients want reliable help but face a trust problem: hiring strangers is risky, word of mouth is slow, and when things go wrong, there's no protection.

The existing options were broken in both directions. Workers chased payments that never came. Clients paid upfront and got nothing. There was no infrastructure for trust between two people who'd never met.

The Opportunity

Build a marketplace where trust is structural — not dependent on hope or reputation alone. Where every transaction is protected, every identity is verifiable, and the entire job lifecycle happens in one place.

What I Designed

A mobile-first service marketplace where everything happens inside a conversation. Not a feature-heavy platform — a human system built around how Nigerians actually hire and work.
